I want to take a minute of your time to address the very positive and enjoyable experience my wife and I had while leasing a new Infiniti G37 from your dealership in Carlsbad Car Country. The experience was clearly the result of Adam Mecky, your sales associate and Bob Johnson, your sales manager.  Adam, in my estimation, is the perfect sales associate.
He was knowledgeable, but not arrogant, positive, but not pushy.  He knows how to connect with people.  His friendly, non-intimidating manner did it for me and for my wife.

A short time ago my wife's car was in for a service check-up on a Friday. I could not pick it up until Saturday morning. When I got to the dealership I found Enterprise was closed, so I wondered how I could return the rental.  When I walked in to Hoehn, the lady at the desk had my keys and car ready to go. All I had to was sign and give back the rental keys to her. I left your dealership that morning thinking to myself, now I finally understand what everybody means when they say "delight the customer." I was absolutely delighted, and continue to be amazed at how well your entire enterprise is managed.
